Create my plant book ↗Published plant topics in Exotenherz Pflanzenwelt become your own book with plant portraits, images and growing advice. You decide which plants and content to include and in what order they appear.
The book accompanies you as you observe and care for your plants. You can read it on screen, save it for later or print it at home.
While browsing, click “Save for my book”. The “My book” link shows your selection and its plant count. You can remove and replace plants. Each book can contain up to 50 plants.
In the book configurator, use the arrows or drag handle to put them in your preferred order.
Choose plant information, care or both. You can change the default for each plant separately. Every plant gets its own chapter with images and the information you selected.
The number of pages depends on the content. Detailed portraits and growing advice get the space they need.
Choose a cover design and an occasion: just because, Mother’s Day, a birthday or a wedding anniversary. The title, recipient and personal greeting remain editable. Each occasion has six suggested dedication texts, a custom text and a closing greeting. Your own PNG or JPEG image can sit above or below the dedication. Without an image, the text remains centred.
Your own images can be up to 10 MB. Use your own image or one you have permission to use.
Check your book in the page-turning preview. You can return to the design and still change texts, images or the plant selection.
Then save the book as a PDF to read and print, or as a digital HTML book to browse in your browser. A5 is the compact book format; A4 provides more space when printing.
You can open a PDF in a PDF program or browser. It suits reading and printing at home. The animated page-turning view belongs to the digital book.
The downloaded HTML file includes the book pages, images and fonts. Open it on your computer in a current browser such as Chrome, Edge or Firefox. You do not need a Pflanzenwelt account or an Internet connection after downloading.
If you want to give the book as a gift, you can pass on the saved file. Its personal texts and images are passed on with it.
Plant topics currently published in the selected language are available. An article about a plant group remains a shared chapter. Your collection is independent of whether you bought the plants in the shop.
Up to 50 plants. Each plant can receive several pages, so a large book can contain several hundred pages. The limit helps keep creation manageable on your device. You can put together a second book for additional plants.
No. You choose the title, recipient, dedication and closing greeting yourself. The suggestions are a starting point; you can change them or replace them with your own text.
Plant selection, order and content choices are saved in this browser on this device when browser storage is available. Personal texts and your own images are reset on reload. Save the finished book as a PDF or digital book before closing or reloading the page.
Book creation takes place directly on your device. Your personal texts and pictures are not sent to Pflanzenwelt or an AI provider for this. They are included in the downloaded book.
The preview, PDF and digital book are free. You do not need an account to create one. A printed book or printout may incur costs with your print provider.
The free edition is intended for reading and printing at home. We do not currently offer a ready-made order with book printing and shipping. Format, bleed and cover would need to be prepared specifically for a photo book provider.
